Stats Traffic Tab: Keep the selected date when changing the granularity

On the traffic tab, the selected date for "By day", "By week", By month", and "By year" is currently managed separately. But, when the selected date is changed, we should see the same date after changing the granularity.

For example:

1. Today is Mar 18, 2024.
2. I change the date to Feb 29, 2024.
3. I change the granularity to "By month"
4. The selected month should be Feb, 2024. For further details on this behavior, you can refer to the same feature on iOS and the web
