Consolidate LICENSE Related Files (MIT vs GPLv2)

Consolidate all various module related LICENSE files, but mainly the MIT LICENSE file on the analytics module, and figure out if those can be combined into one, preferable into the main root level GPLv2 LICENSE.md file (see example question raised https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Android/pull/16744).
