Gravatar shown even if `Hide my Gravatar profile` option is activated in Calypso

Expected behavior

In the app, I expect not to see my Gravatar (but instead a placeholder picture) if I activate the option Hide my Gravatar profile at https://wordpress.com/me

Actual behavior

My Gravatar is still shown in the app, ignoring my preference set at https://wordpress.com/me

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Navigate to https://wordpress.com/me
2. Toggle on Hide my Gravatar profile
