Image settings: caption is not displayed

Expected

When you enter a caption for an image, it should be displayed on the Image Settings screen again when you try to edit it.

Observed

Even when the caption has been entered and is shown both on Aztec and on html mode, tapping on the image shows the Caption field empty.

Reproduced

Tested with WPAndroid:

1. start a new draft
2. insert an image
3. tap on it to open the image settings screen
4. enter some value in Caption
5. tap X so it saves
6. observe the caption is shown below the image
7. tap on the image again, the image settings screen is shown
8. observe the Caption field is empty.

Tested

[Google Pixel] on [8.1] with [WPAndroid develop, Aztec 1.3.10]

I tested with on Pixel 3 with Android 10 and wasn't able to replicate this. When I added an image with a caption and then tapped on the image again, the caption was still there.

@mzorz is it worth keeping this open with a note to check this on older versions of Android than I've tested with or do you think this is okay to close?

hi,How to insert A image with caption? i download the develop branch and run it, then click image just display a toast, there is no Image Details page. @designsimply
