Adding new custom post types and include to the App

Hi,

I'm trying to build an app for my blog and my default posts are post type listing. I'm browsing the documentation and following the examples, but I am not able to add my custom post type and include it to the app.

My end point is: /?post_type=listing&posts_per_page=-1 Is it possible to use this url in the app, or how to add new custom post type?
