이미 등록된 계좌번호로 계좌 인증 요청을 했을떄 에러 분기 미처리

예상치 못한 에러로 분류됨

스크린샷 2021-10-31 오전 3 06 26 db에 계좌번호 unique가 걸려있어서 발생하는 문제. 서버에서 catch해서 적절한 예외를 줘야함.
