[refactor/portfolio-update] 프로젝트 및 세션 다수 추가 시 batch-insert를 하도록 리팩토링한다.

작업 내용

  • 현재 프로젝트 개수만큼 insert 쿼리가 나가는 것을 하나의 쿼리로 실행되도록 리팩토링한다.
  • 프로젝트의 태그 개수만큼 PostTag가 쿼리로 insert 되는 것을 하나로 처리하도록 리팩토링한다.
