Window placement under Windows scuffed

After setting up bspguy it now starts like this, with the titlebar out of the screen, there is no way to move the window.

Are you building from master or is this in v3?

There is a way to move the window when this happens (right click the window in the task bar -> move): Then press an arrow key once, then move the mouse to snap the window to your mouse.

Nice that worked. It is the v3 release. The ultimate fix would probably to add some window manager flags or fix it in the window positioning code in GLFW.
