Support for customized runtime environments

Support for better script execution environments. This includes:

• [ ] Additional environment variables (updating paths for instance)
• [ ] Specifying the executable (for py2/py3 or other scripting languages)
• [ ] Auto association of executable w/ script header/file extensions
