Remove --no-experimental-fetch flag

Currently, node.js must be run with the --no-experimental-fetch flag to avoid the error "Failed to parse URL from monero-ts/dist/dist/monero_wallet_keys.wasm" (see https://github.com/woodser/monero-ts/issues/180).

This issue requests removing the need for the flag.
