Running two instances?

I have two adalight devices. First one is an ambilight for my monitor and I would like to use the second one as an music visualizer. I read this https://github.com/psieg/Lightpack/issues/280 and found out about this version https://github.com/psieg/Lightpack/releases/tag/5.11.2.28 with multiple instance support. My question is how can I run the second instance? I have read this https://github.com/psieg/Lightpack/pull/462/commits/155d5be0710980b54eda7d2782dabf91d22a0cc8 also nad it says Run two instances of Prismatik (using the --config-dir command line option) with each configured for one monitor/device Sorry I am very new to this and I don't understand how that works.
