Software/qtserialport did not appeared after building

After successfully compilation (with correction ) I didn't see <repo>/Software/qtserialport dir with /libQt5SerialPort.so.5 lib. As I understand this library allows to create /dev/ttyUSB0 device used by prismatic.

What can be reason of that?

OS: Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
