Rework SettingsWindow UI - get rid of Mode combobox

Preliminary idea of new UI: Mode pane of Settings window should contain 3 buttons Mode: "Screen grabbing", "Backlit" and "Mood lamp". Behavior of the buttons should be similar to radio buttons group.
