Research new methods of screen grabbing for Windows

There are many complaints from users that winapi/dx screen grabbing doesn't work really well in some user scenarios. Need to research whether we should add support for alternative capture methods.

  • Magnification API (since Win Vista)
  • Expression Encoder SDK (former Windows Media API)
