[Stats] StatsGranularityV4 and StatGranularity are duplicated

Description

At the moment we have two different enums for defining the stat granularity: StatsGranularityV4 and StatGranularity. They are used for orders and site visits. As they appear to be the same, we can consider collapsing them just in enum to avoid duplicated code.

Tasks

  • Remove one of the two enums
  • Use the remaining one everywhere
