The connectivity tool should be able to measure

• [ ] Internet connectivity
• [ ] Reaching WP Servers
• [ ] Reaching self-hosted site (if available)
• [ ] Reaching the site via jetpack tunnel (if available)

Additionally:

• [ ] Requests responses should be logged to app logs (times, error codes, etc)
