Fix and re-enable `SupportTests` UI test

To upgrade CI to Xcode 15.1 in https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-ios/pull/11352, we had to disable SupportTests as we couldn't find a good fix for the failing keyboard focus issue in the UI test. I could reproduce the UI test failure, and the error was:

It seemed like the text field was found, but the support form subject text field can't be focused for any text to be entered.
