[Order creation/editing] Show Restore notice for deleting product row

Description

This PR adds a notice with a Restore button after a merchant deletes a product row by tapping on the - button too many times. It's a PoC only, and it's a pretty janky experience.

There are some potential workarounds, but the most realistic one is just to prevent deleting the product using that button.
