Woocommerce Gateway Paypal Express Checkout doesn't react the same if the browser is on private

Describe the Bug

Hello Everyone, i have an issue with the Woocommerce Gateway Paypal Express Checkout,

I discovered something that is weird, when i use chrome or firefox in private, the paypal express checkout in my website doesn't do the same thing that if i'm using normal browser.

Expected Behavior

What I would like to happen is what actually happened in normal browser. Does someone have any idea of why does it react like this ? Also I don't remember since when there is this problem on the website.

Environment

  • WordPress Version 6.0.3
  • WooCommerce Version 7.0.0
  • Elementor Pro 3.7.2
  • Chrome 107.0.5304.107
