Description

This PR adds a local Dockerized environment for this plugin, containing a fully operational hosted WordPress site, PHPMyAdmin, optional Jurassic Tube tunnelling, and optional connection to a PayPal Developer's seller account.

Steps to test:

Please follow the complete setup instructions in docker/README.md.
