Add Admin Order Note for Amazon Pay Order Cancellations and Payment Failures
Describe the bug When a user cancels an order after placing it using Amazon Pay or when a credit card or payment method is declined, an order note should be added to the admin section. This will help the merchant understand the reason for the payment issue or cancellation.

When using Amazon Pay express checkout select one of these payments methods:
