Phone Number Required Error Despite Being Entered

Describe the bug After entering all required fields the phone number is still required by Amazon Pay when selecting "Local Pickup" Shipping Method

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Checkout block should be used instead of the shortcode
  2. Go to site, add shippable product and go to checkout
  3. Select local pickup and fill the checkout form
  4. Select Amazon Pay and place order

Expected behavior phone number should not be required if it was filled

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

  • [x] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only the extension is active.
  • [x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
