This PR updates our stats today widget to use a ListView so that long values don't wrap. It also limits the store name to a single, ellipsized line.

I've marked this as "not ready to merge" because once it passes review, I still need to update the widget preview images. I chose to hold off on those in case any design changes are suggested.
