App Crashes When Switching Stores

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Be signed into a Store Front
  2. Select Menu
  3. Select Switch Store
  4. 💥

Expected behavior I expect the app to not crash when trying to switch stores.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]): Not sure about how to check for plug ins but as far as I know I never added anything.

  • [X] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
  • [X] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
  • [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

Mobile Environment Please include:

  • Device: Samsung Galaxy A51
  • Android version: 12
  • WooCommerce Android version: 9.8

@JB184351 Go to wp-admin and look for Users in the sidebar.

Added, though I do have 2 different test accounts so not sure if I added you to the right one the store name should be The Official Software Tester's Survival Guide 1startuptester.wordpress.com

@JB184351 The site I got added to is "doctorjbeng," and I'm not able to access it in the app. When I try to login I'm told it's not a WooCommerce site, and I see wp-admin that WooCommerce hasn't been configured. Sounds like the wrong site?

Umm I'm not sure what to do from here, I logged in on https://woocommerce.com/ with the Wordpress account but I don't see where I can manage my stores on there

It's been a long minute since I've been gone from WordPress.com.

This one should work - https://1startuptester.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=wpcom-invite-users

Or the generic https://wordpress.com/people/new/ and then select the correct site from the list
