Implement logic for not showing the banner UI again when clicked on "Don't show again"

The goal of this task is to implement the logic to not show the banner again when the merchant clicks on the "Don't show again" CTA.

The merchant sees Upsell card reader banner UI Merchant clicks dismiss icon The merchant sees another alert dialog that asks them to either choose "Remind me later" or "Don't show again" Merchant clicks "Don't show again" The banner UI disappears. The banner UI must not be displayed again until the app data is cleared.
