[Coupons] - Tapping on the check icon on numbers keyboard doesn't dismiss keyboard

Describe the bug On Edit Coupon screen, tapping on the check button on the on-screen numbers keyboard does not close the keyboard. On another screen on the app (example in screenshot is Orders), the same action closes the on-screen keyboard. It would be nice if the behavior is the same across the app.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• [x] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• [x] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• [x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
