Main Thread: Make Cha-Ching Not War

This Main Thread contains all the necessary issues we need to complete to finish the Make Cha-Ching Not War (aka Two Payments Gateways installed) project.

Motivation: The app currently forces users to have exactly one payment gateway installed in order to accept In Person Payments. If they have two Payment Gateways installed the app asks them to uninstall/deactivate one of them. This limits some users from accepting In Person Payments since they might need to have two payment gateways installed for online (non-IPP) payments.

Goal: Goal of this project is to allow users selecting which payment gateway they want to use for IPP when they have multiple payment gateways installed on their store.
