Describe the bug On the refund screen, ℹ️ button becomes visible after rotating the screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the Orders tab in the portrait orientation.
Tap + button to create a new order.
Add multiple products and create an order.
Navigate back.
Tap the order item you just created.
Tap the "Issue refund" button.
Rotate the screen to the landscape orientation.

Expected behavior After rotating the screen on the refund screen, ℹ️ should remain invisible.

[ ] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
