Dialogs blink

It looks like all the dialogs in the app now "blink" when they appear. Firstly, there is an overlay, and then it's gone. Maybe it was caused by a theme update or maybe a dependency update.

Was this issue fixed? I am not able to reproduce this issue on my device. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
