Emails sent out on generation

Prerequisites

Describe the bug

Smooth Generator v1.0.4 is resulting in emails being sent to site admin when orders generated. I'm not sure if this is a bug per-se, but I'm logging the fact because, based on a discussion with @tammullen, it shouldn't be sending out any emails post v1.0.3.

Here's a sample of the emails, which I suspect are Woo-fired, (but perhaps should be suppressed).

This is happening when I fire off order generation via the UI in v1.0.4.

Isolating the problem

• [X] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Smooth Generator plugins are active.
• [X] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
