Describe the solution you'd like

  • Each order should have the Order Attribution metadata.

  • There should be a command line switch that disables the feature in case it is needed.

  • In future more switches should be added for manipulation of meta values.

Additional context

Order Attribution is a new feature introduced in WooCommerce 8.5. Not having order Attribution meta values impacts further development of Order Attribution and testing scenarios.
