Add banner asking for review if the extension is running correctly

User story

Many users don't leave reviews unless they are dissatisfied with the extension, which means the reviews are disproportionally negative. Assuming that the extension is configured correctly and working as expected, we should use a dismissible admin notice to prompt users to leave a review.

Technical

Before showing a notice, we should evaluate things like:

  1. Whether the extension is properly connected to Pinterest
  2. Whether products have synchronized free from errors

Event tracking

It would be good to have an event showing that the review was requested, and whether it has been dismissed.
