Allow users to dismiss/hide catalog issues

Is your feature request related to a problem?

One user indicated that the majority of the warnings listed under the Issues section of the Catalog page were not helpful because they did not apply to her products. For example, warnings were shown for all products that were missing the “condition” field, however since all items sold are “new”, it would be time-consuming and senseless to update the condition for all 325 products in her store.

“All of those warnings are basically the exact same thing. I’m not going to list my items as new, especially because I’m not selling on a third-party like Amazon or Ebay. Everything is new so there is no reason for me to update this sort of information on my website.”

Allow users to dismiss/hide warnings that are not relevant to them. Additionally, we may want to consider a consolidated view of issues for merchants with a large catalog.
