Inconsistent styling for account connect buttons

Describe the bug:

When comparing buttons for connecting existing accounts I noticed one of them is missing some styling rules. Here is how it looks for the Ads account: image

And the same step for the Merchant Center Account: image

All the other buttons in onboarding look like the latter one. So it looks like the Ad connect button is the one that needs to be fixed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go through onboarding and complete steps 1-3
  2. Notice in step 4 that the connect button is missing some styling rules

Expected behavior:

All connect buttons to have identical styling

After further testing it seems the Ads account button is working as expected, initially it's just disabled because no account has been selected from the dropdown.

The inconsistency is that for the MC account the first one is automatically selected, for Ads this is not the case. Should those two be consistent? It's especially visible now that the Ads connection is moving to the same onboarding step as MC.
