Store address - Refresh to Sync
User story
As a user, I would expect that once I click the button "Refresh to Sync" the information should be synced to the Google MC, at the moment the user needs to do two steps to achieve that: Click on "Refresh to Sync" and then click "Save button".
I think the intention of the user when is visiting the "Edit Store" and is clicking on "Refresh to Sync" is to sync with Google MC.
This can lead a confusion, imagine the situation where the WC address is different to the Google MC, the user would go to "Edit Store", click on "Refresh to Sync", if it goes back to the Settings page, it will show a warning "Please add your store address", (this warning could be better, as the problem is that the WC address is different) this warning will be shown until the user it realizes that it needs to save the details to make the sync happen.

How to reproduce the problem
Go to Settings -> Contact Information -> Edit Store -> Click Refresh to Sync go back to the Settings page and the warning will still showing until the save button is clicked.
Describe the solution you'd like
Once I clicked the Refresh to Sync button, it should sync the information to Google MC.
