Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

This PR is only for image optimization. No code change. PNG images are converted to PNG8 (256 colors often less), alpha is preserved, also optimized with ImageOptim.

How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

Visually compare images. Image compression is lossless (or non visible)
