add filter `facebook_for_woocommerce_prepare_product_item_group_id`
I'm trying to make Facebook For WooCommerce compatible with our plugin Show Single Variations. These minor updates will allow us or any other plugin to modify the item_group_id before it is written to the CSV file or sent to Facebook via API.

We have the wc_facebook_fb_retailer_id filter that could be used to modify the item_group_id. Therefore I am closing this PR
