It is not syncing with the page

Hi @zamuro57 - can you give us some more details to track down the problem? The more information we have the better.

For example:

  1. What versions of WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce. An easy way to get this data is to paste in the full Woo status report - this is really helpful info.
  2. Are you seeing any error messages? Please post screenshots or error messages.
  3. Please provide details of the steps you're taking - how you've set up your store, your Woo products, and how you've set up things on the Facebook end.
  4. Enable debug logging and include any relevant log messages. To set this up, go to WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook > Connection. You can view the logs at WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
