Don't add subscription note if Update Product action did nothing

I found a case on a customer site where they had 7 update product actions in the one workflow. I consider this is a reasonable use case when updating a large number products.

When this workflow ran it added a subscription note for each product even though the subscription only had 1 line item.

In cases where the Update Product action does not find a product to update, no order note should be added. This will reduce confusion and make debugging easier.

Hey! Is there any update about this enhancement? We are having the same 'issue' and we now need to create multiple workflows for removing each product separate, because else we get 6 - 8 notes for each 'removed' item.
