[W.I.P] Node monitoring

This is very WIP, as I haven't had any events in my cluster to trigger any of these alerts, but will be testing off hours to validate.

The messages are sent per failed node condition, so if a node is unreachable, all conditions would fire a notification. Ideally these would be consolidated.
