Possible to Blacklist via environment or config file?

Thanks for the library, it works as described in the readme! Was just wondering if is possible to have a new feature to allow configuration of blacklist item.

When you say "item", do you mean a specific resource like a Pod? Is this outside the functionality to add annotations to pods to ignore them?
