Tried to get into OpenAI

Using OpenAi and set an API. Got to a window that said Welcome to ChatGTP and asks for me to log in. I do. And I get Oops! Undefined, Go Back and brings me to Welcome page. Then I try Sign Up, and it says it is going to check the browser. Then I get the Opps thing again.

I am not a particularly techie person, and just trying to get something to work when I think I followed all the rules, really has me flummoxed.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. I want to learn about deep fakes and see if I can actually do any of the words to art. I thought ChatGTP would work as a starting ground.

Then I got a message that Wang2 closed the ticket. No guidance as to why.

I still am unable to get into OpenAi or Google GTP or regular Chat GTP.

I was under the impression that Github was the forum to ask questions about AI. If this is incorrect, could someone please give me a reason and a direction to follow rather than simply Close the ticket!
