Thumbnails are Black Issues

When I click on a thumbnail they turn black and export as black. I can send an attachment Screen Shot 2022-08-17 at 12 51 14 PM .

Hello is anybody there to help with this? It's a great piece of software when it's working, but this black screen thing is killing my chances of making updates to our storyboard.

If it was a shot made in Photoshop, one workaround is to open it in Photoshop and re-save it.
