Zooming around cursor instead

I use a XP-PEN Artist 15.6 Pro Tablet and I had just figured out that your "scroll to zoom" feature only zooms in where your cursor was last, not where you place the pen tip on the tablet. This can be quite frustrating when zooming into certain sections of a board.
