Scrollwheel Zoom Snaps?

When trying to zoom with the scroll wheel, the canvas snaps between REALLY BIG, and really small... Additionally the Control+Plus key bind doesn't seem to work?

Having the same issue - my frame snaps from "thumbnail" size to "too big to fit on a 27 inch monitor" size. I am also not getting any response from the Ctrl+Plus shortcut, so I have no way to work around it.

I love this software otherwise, but I'm afraid this makes it unusable for me!
