Parity between Boards and Timeline view when rearranging boards with mouse

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since I'm working with audio, I work in the timeline view mostly. I sometimes need to duplicate a certain board to reuse down the line. I'll duplicate, then drag it to the end of the timeline, but no matter how far I drag it can only go as far as the second to last board.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like it so that the Timeline view worked like the Boards view, meaning you could drag a duplicated board anywhere you need, including past the last board

Describe alternatives you've considered I can either duplicate and rearrange boards in the Board view, or I can duplicate the board in Timeline view, move it to the second to last board, then move the last board behind it
