现在helm的架构开始松散了，repo分散在不同的地方，所以有些可能同步不到，“同步不到最新”、“镜像下载转换为阿里云同步镜像失败”等操作任何一步不正常，就不在页面显示。命令行下载老版本保证可用。

This issue should be related with [`patch trait`](https://github.com/crossplane/oam-kubernetes-runtime/pull/134) , any trait which will affect pod should trigger version(upgrade)
