additional navigation keys

While it's possible to navigate the scene using the mouse and wheel, it'd be useful to also have additional keyboard shortcuts for this. Maybe:

  • W/S for zoom in/out of scene (FPS style!)
  • Something for raise/lower elevation (maybe R/F?)
  • A/D for turn left/right

A/D are normally used to move sideways in FPS games - did you mean that or just to look left/right?
