windows arm64

I am developing a virtual GPU program based on an arm64 chip. The host is Ubuntu arm64, and the virtual machine is Windows arm64. Currently, there's a bit of an issue with the program, and I need a Tracy for arm64, which will run on Windows arm64, so that I can analyze what went wrong on the guest side in Windows.
