Because this update is for jenkins-2.528 (version 2.528.1), while we have jenkins-2 (version 2.535), I think this is a non-latest version which should go to the enterprise repository.

I think we can just close this PR. In order for automation to don't create this PR again, I think we need this: https://github.com/chainguard-dev/package-version-metadata/pull/2385
